End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and Since Kindly Inc. ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using Eden AI ("Licensed Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement is between you and Since Kindly Inc., not with Apple Inc.

1. License

Since Kindly Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded device you own or control. You may not distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the application.

2. Use of the App

The App is an AI Dating Coach powered by large language models. It is intended for entertainment and informational purposes. You agree to use it responsibly and not to engage in or promote illegal activities, harassment, or harmful content.

3. Maintenance & Support

Since Kindly Inc. provides maintenance and support via email at support@getedenai.app and through in-app support. Apple has no obligation to provide support for this application.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Since Kindly Inc. disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Paid Features

The App offers subscription options available through the App Store. Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by Apple's App Store policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Since Kindly Inc. is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of text generated by the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Licensed Application.

7. Intellectual Property

The Licensed Application and all intellectual property rights are owned by Since Kindly Inc. Users retain rights to content created using the App.

8. Termination

You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the App. Since Kindly Inc. may terminate your license if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it.
